Returns Policy and Terms of Sale

1. All prices are nett, subject to market fluctuations and items being available.
2. Our prices do not include VALUE ADDED TAX (so please add at current rate).
3. Please add £10 + VAT to cover packaging and carriage cost. Orders over 50kg in weight will be charged at cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and Islands may incur additional charges which will be added at cost.
4. Payment may be made by Credit Card (Visa, Switch etc.) or by cheque. Approved accounts are due for payment nett 30 days after date of invoice.
5. In the event of any order being cancelled and when goods are not accepted at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge at least 20% of the value of the order without having to prove loss.
6. We reserve the right to substitute our goods with the nearest variety of equal or better standard available, should any of the varieties become sold or unobtainable. Please notify us if you do not wish to receive substitutes.
7. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice should the exchange rate vary or the crop fail.
8. Customers unknown to us are requested to furnish two reputable trade references or otherwise trading with them is only done on a cash with order basis.
9. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality, productiveness of any other matter and cannot in any way be held responsible for the results of planting, forcing or flowering of the crop.
10. Complaints about the quality of the goods must be made in writing upon receipt. Non arrival, damage or shortage of goods sent by Road or Rail must be made to us within 10 days of despatch.
11. Duty has been paid by us on all imported items.
12. When giving an order or accepting goods, the customer thereby constitutes agreement with our terms.
13. This catalogue cancels all previous issues.
