Other Bulbs Information
A superb plant from the Allium family which is rapidly becoming more popular. Has many hanging bell-shaped green-white flowers each having a maroon central stripe, perched on top of a tall, slender, leafless stem. Once the flowers have been fertilised, seed pods will form causing the flower stems to stiffen and turn upright, making an interesting dried cut flower. Position in full sun, will do well in most soils. Plant 15cm deep 15cm apart 50 per sq metre.
