Mixed Daffodils & Narcissi
Daffodils and narcissus have been a big part of the family business for over 60 years. In our family we judge everything by the weight of a sack of daffs! They are still a very important part of the local farming community. All of our narcissus come from farmers around the Lincolnshire area.
Daffodil is really a common name for Narcissus but it’s what we think of when referring to a trumpet variety. Our mixture is a selection of all the varieties we have in stock including trumpets, small cup, large cup, bicolours and double forms. Including Whites, yellows, pinks and reds to see the full array of what these locally grown bulbs can do.
The flowering times range from February to April so you will get a prolonged flower display. Plant them ideally before November to get the roots started but they will still perform planted into January. They can take most soil types and are fully hardy.
Over time they will naturalise by spreading seed and by dividing. Just make sure you leave the foliage to die back so they come back the next year. See our 25kg sacks to get great value for money for larger projects or see our mix of minature narcissus for even more variety.
