The Dahlia bulb is back! A traditional garden favourite with many different colours, shapes and sizes available. Their tubers should be planted out once the frost has subsided to then provide colourful blooms right through the summer and into autumn.
It is advisable to pinch out the early growth to gain strong, bushy plants. Taller types may require a cane as they mature.
All Dahlias make excellent cut flowers.
Lift and store for winter or just mulch over in milder parts of the U.K. Flowering from July-October.
