    More Information

Asiatic Lily Black is deep Maroon with matched stamen and style and bright green foliage. Although the colour will appear to change as the the sun hits and brings out all of the subtle textures within the flower. A stunning lily that works well popping through the summer perennials of your garden bed.

Asiatic Lilies enjoy a long blooming season (up to 1 month) and are a fantastic way to add colour to your garden. Asiatic varieties are early flowering lilies and non-scented.

Asiatic Lilies grow from bulbs and will return every year at the beginning of summer. Plant your lily bulbs in Spring or Autumn, 15cm deep in moist but well drained soil. They are hardy and like plenty of water during the flowering season. You can add fertiliser to help the blooms but it is not essential. Lily bulbs thrive in full sun to part shade locations and do great as potted plants or as cut flowers.
