More Information

Narcissus Tresamble is strong stemmed, standing up to rain and wind. A simply beautiful narcissus, with 2-3 milky white flowers per stem. The white petals are slightly arched away from the creamy ruffled cup. The cup will begin slightly yellow and turn pure white over a few days. The stems lean slightly forward, with the billowing flowers gently nodding in the wind, Narcissus Tresamble make a good informal bedding plant. It is a scented flower, the long stems allow for generous room in a vase. They will also grow well in in containers. A pack of 25 bulbs will happily fill 2 large pots. They flower in April which gives you lots of options to pair with triumph tulips and many other spring flowering bulbs. White is an easy colour to make impressive colour combinations with.

Triandrus bulbs like Narcissus Tresamble or Thalia like slightly damper soils but will tolerate most soil types. They prefer full sun but there is something special about seeing white flowers in dappled light. Plant the bulbs 10cm deep and 8-10cm apart. You can begin planting in September but October and November are generally the best times. the bulbs are hardy and will flower year after year.
