Plant Papaver Orientale Princess Victoria Louise in well draining soil and protect from baking conditons. Can be grown from seed and are self seeding.

Oriental Poppy Princess Victoria Louise (Papaver Orientale) is a tall, pale pink oriental poppy. The Oriental Poppy group produce stems up to 1.2m and gorgeous tissue paper like flowers of around 15cm diameter. Although much bigger than the wild flower varieties these still grow well from seed and look great planted in wild gardens. Supplied as 3 x 9cm pots ready for flowering this year.
They prefer the spring sunshine rather than baking hot conditions but also don’t like to be too wet. Cut them back to the ground in winter.
