Penstemon digitalis Husker Red

Penstemon Digitalis Huskers Red will give you a stem of white flowers with a pink hue. It flowers June to August. The foliage is a dark maroon that fades to green over the season.

Although hardy, penstemon like to be planted in full sun in well drained soil. They don’t like to sit in water. During autumn cut to the ground and mulch to protect from frosts. New growth will appear the following summer season.
