Tulip Apricot Beauty – is a single early tulip, with a romantic blend of pinks, salmon pink, rose pink and softest pale pink petals with lemon yellow at the base. As with all single early tulip bulbs, it has a sturdy stem, reaching around 40cm in height and a reputation for being strong and reliable. Tulip Apricot Beauty has been a favourite for over 60 years and continues to be a good quality bulb.
How to plant tulip bulbs
Tulips are an easy bulb to grow. They can be planted in most soil types and grown in full sun or semi shade. If you are planting in pots make sure you leave plenty of room for the roots and don’t let the soil dry out. Try to avoid using only compost as it doesn’t retain moisture as well as a loam mixture (grit, soil, and compost). It is often recommended that tulip bulbs are replaced each year. The bulb will divide into many smaller bulbs not big enough for flowering the following year. You can see more here
