    How to Plant

The tulip bulbs are suited to most soils and can stand both full sun and semi shade. Tulip Formosa respond to the sunlight by opening wide, and over night they close up. It is like a different flower throughout the day. Where every you decide to place the bulbs, plant them 8-10cm deep and 10 cm apart. You can plant up to 70 bulbs per square metre. Make sure the point is facing upward, although if they fall over when re-covering with soil they will still be ok.
