How to plant tulip bulbs
Tulip bulbs are an easy bulb to grow. They can be planted in any soil types and grown in full sun or semi shade. If you are planting in pots don’t let the soil dry out and leave plenty of room for the roots. Try to avoid using only compost, mix in some grit and garden soil with some drainage at the bottom. Plant the bulbs approximately 10cm deep and 8-10 cm apart. It is often recommended that tulip bulbs are replaced each year. You can see why here
